Tom Eckard joined McNeil Law Firm after many years in the IT field. As our legal assistant, Tom focuses on streamlining procedures and routing clients efficiently so you get the answers you need in a timely fashion. When he’s not at the office, Tom volunteers with a local cat rescue and has a specialty in trap-neuter-return services (TNR) to help control local wild cat populations.
