About Melissa
Melissa Stuckey is McNeil Law Firm's primary litigation attorney. In 2006, she graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree double major in German and Philosophy from the University of Memphis. After graduation, Ms. Stuckey studied Arabic at the Hebrew University in Jerusalem, Israel. In 2013, Ms. Stuckey graduated from the University of Memphis School of Law with a concentration in Family Law. Four years ago, she moved to Raleigh, North Carolina with her family from Memphis, Tennessee and she passed the North Carolina bar in 2016. Since becoming licensed, she has experience in litigation and non-litigation surrounding all aspects of criminal law, traffic law, and family law. Ms. Stuckey is admitted to practice before the State Courts of North Carolina, a Member of the North Carolina State Bar and the Tenth Judicial District Bar.
Personal Life
With a passion for exploring the planet and meeting new people, Melissa’s travels have taken her across Europe, North America, the Middle East, and Central America. She started travelling independently at the age of 18 and now takes her two children along on her adventures. Her goal is to go to all seven continents with her children by her side. When not traveling, she enjoys dancing, socializing, and watching documentaries.
